Additionally, they can be classified into three types based on the galvanizing methods used: hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, and uncoated (black) products. This results in nine different product options for customers for the same fitting type.
Heavy Banded malleable iron Pipe Fittings: These fittings fully comply with China's national standard GB/T 3287-2011. They can operate at a working temperature of up to 200 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 1.6 Mpa. The tensile strength is greater than 330 Mpa, elongation is above 8%, and hardness is below 150 HB.
Specifications for Heavy Banded Products
Medium Beaded malleable iron Pipe Fittings: These products meet the standards required for construction and support enterprises. While their working strength aligns with national standards, they are designed with smaller dimensions and thinner walls to reduce costs. Producing malleable fittings with reduced wall thickness while maintaining quality standards is challenging, often leading to issues such as through-hole formation and compromised strength and ductility. Medium beaded fittings provide a balance, reducing costs while still adhering to usage standards, offering customers a more competitive price point.
Specifications for Medium Beaded Products
Beaded Pipe Fittings: To cater to the price-sensitive market, Jizhong Company has developed the beaded series. These fittings, like the heavy-banded ones, meet the strength requirements of national standards. Additionally, due to their lower mold design and filling requirements, beaded fittings are easier to manufacture, further reducing production costs.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Pipe Fittings: In this process, the zinc ingot is melted by heating, and a zinc layer is applied to the product's surface through hot-dipping. The zinc layer serves as a protective barrier, preventing oxidation and rust. The main advantage of hot-dip galvanizing is the thick, uniform coating it provides on both the inner and outer surfaces of the fittings.
